• Fully remote position (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
• Seeking a self-motivated and energetic Outbound Sales Representative
• Engage potential clients in real estate, mortgage, and stock broker industries
• Conduct outbound calls to pitch free training seminars
• Qualify leads and set appointments for business development
• Perform market research to identify new business opportunities
• Manage sales pipeline and track communications
• 1+ years of outbound sales experience required
• Strong command of English required

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in outbound sales or sales development
• Strong command of English (fluent, both written and verbal)
• Proven ability to qualify leads and set appointments
• Comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Highly motivated with a strong hunger to succeed
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
• Market research experience is preferred
• Previous exposure to training or speaking services is a plus
