In Short

• Design and develop user-facing technical content, including documentation, videos, tutorials, and interactive, role-based courseware.
• Develop instructor-led training materials that align with learning objectives.
• Collaborate with SMEs, engineers, and product managers to gather inputs and validate content accuracy.
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible content.
• Follow established design guidelines for consistency and accessibility.
• Conduct peer reviews and quality assurance checks.
• Facilitate training sessions and webinars.
• Apply user feedback to improve content continuously.
• Manage multiple projects and balance scope, timelines, and quality.
• Participate in Agile development processes.

Requirements

• Proven technical content development experience.
• Experience with a Content Management System.
• Experience using Camtasia and audio software.
• Superior written and communication skills.
• A technical B.A./B.S. degree or certification in Technical Writing or Instructional Design.
• Advanced understanding of cloud services and CMS.
• Ability to be a self-starter and meet project expectations.
• Ability to learn new tools and innovate with AI tools.
• Flexibility with superior writing and communication skills.
