Customer Order Management Representative - English and Dutch - Remote

Overview

This role involves processing customer orders and ensuring a great customer experience while working closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Support teams.

In Short

• Creates system-generated quotations for the Sales organization.
• Reviews customer purchase orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Contacts Sales Representatives or customers to resolve order issues.
• Books orders into the order management system accurately.
• Ensures compliance with customer license requirements.
• Generates control codes/license files for product entitlement.
• Communicates order status to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Supports the sales team in various capacities.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with an ERP system.
• Background in order management or account management.
• Customer-centric mentality with strong attention to detail.
