Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations within a SaaS environment.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce and Gong.
• Proficiency in mentoring and coaching sales teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
