We are seeking a resourceful, inventive, and highly technical GTM Engineer to join our rapidly growing SaaS company in a key builder role at the center of our revenue organization.

In Short

• Design, build, and maintain automated workflows for lead generation and customer engagement.
• Implement and manage data quality processes across all GTM platforms.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to eliminate process inefficiencies.
• Prototype and launch new growth and efficiency experiments.
• Instrument and analyze GTM performance metrics.
• Evaluate and manage automation and analytics solutions.
• Document technical playbooks and process guides.
• Educate GTM team members on new systems and innovations.
• 2+ years building automated sales or marketing workflows.
• Experience with modern CRM systems and no-code/low-code platforms.

Requirements

• Deep technical fluency with sales, marketing, and RevOps tools.
• Experience with scripting, coding, or advanced data work.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance monitoring.
• Proven track record in a SaaS or growth-focused environment.
• Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or business field preferred.
