Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our global customer support team.

• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences via phone, chat, and email.

Requirements

• Fluent English and French speaker.
• 1+ years of experience in a contact center or technical support environment.
• Must communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
• Eagerness to learn quickly and adapt to changes.
• Strong multitasking skills and self-management.
• Critical thinker with proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable self-starter with excellent attendance.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
