  • Join Process Street as a Junior Customer Support Specialist in a 100% remote role.
  • Address inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Contribute to the Support Knowledge-base.
  • Conduct product demos and onboarding for customers.
  • Work within the hours of 9am-6pm PST.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in SaaS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Attention to detail and customer experience focus.
  • Self-motivated with a growth mentality.
  • Experience with technology and familiarity with Intercom and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to work 9am-6pm PST.
