Marketing Operations and Events Associate - Remote

Overview

The Operations & Events Associate at Privia Health will work directly with national leadership to execute B2B marketing initiatives and events across the organization, supporting projects that strengthen the brand and articulate its value.

In Short

• Own execution of B2B marketing initiatives and events.
• Support event logistics and marketing lead generation projects.
• Manage email communications using Pardot and Salesforce.
• Coordinate all pre-and post-event logistics.
• Travel to support large scale offsite events as needed.
• Manage contracts and payments with vendors.
• Develop event themes and branding with stakeholders.
• Conduct post-event feedback analysis.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the marketing portal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or Business.
• 1-2 years experience in event planning.
• Project management experience with excellent time management skills.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Must comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Experience with social media and email marketing.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and Google Workspace.
• Ability to think tactically and strategically.
• Commitment to delivering high customer service.

Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $52,000.00 to $65,000.00.
