Provider Recruitment Associate - Remote

Overview

The Provider Recruitment Associate will support the growth of Privia Health by assisting the Provider Recruitment team with the logistics of the recruitment process to result in the successful placement of physician and advanced practitioner candidates within our care center practices.

In Short

• Develop and maintain working knowledge of practice model and regional communities.
• Work with physician recruiters to profile new requisitions and develop job descriptions.
• Identify, source, pre-screen and schedule qualified candidates for evaluation.
• Manage sourcing activities and log activities in the applicant tracking system.
• Manage outbound communication campaigns for recruitment.
• Support candidate interview processes and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Develop recruitment marketing collateral.
• Manage off-site recruitment events.
• Maintain provider recruitment resource library.
• Improve processes and strategies for recruitment operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least one year related experience preferred.
• Previous healthcare sales or recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and SalesForce.
• Excellent marketing and public relations skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to conduct efficient Internet research.
• Must comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Strong communication skills at all organizational levels.
• High energy level and team-oriented.
• Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
