Overview

The Sr. ACO Performance Analytics Analyst will support Privia Health's Medicare Value-Based Care Programs by analyzing performance metrics and providing actionable insights to Accountable Care Organizations.

Requirements

• Experience in VBC and ACOs.
• Knowledge of healthcare analytics and metrics.
• Familiarity with healthcare data and coding.
• Proficient in SAS EG, SQL, and Excel.
• Understanding of risk adjustment and demographic scores.
• Compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Strong communication skills for complex data insights.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.

• Base salary of $85,000 to $100,000.
