Associate Director, Data Platform - Remote

Overview

The Associate Director, Data Platform will be responsible for the roadmap and continued enhancement of the Privia Health data platform, aligning and inputting into the overall platform strategy and roadmap.

In Short

• Serve as a subject matter expert and product evangelist for data components.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
• Proven experience in product ownership or management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical skills, particularly in SQL.
• 3+ years of experience in data architecture or data engineering.
• Ability to work in a geographically distributed team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
