Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Services, or related field.
  • 2 years of relevant work experience in audit or compliance.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration.
  • Critical thinking and analysis skills.
  • Organization and prioritization skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience in health insurance/PBM operations preferred.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA.
