Overview

The Principal Solution Product Owner is responsible for delivering complex solution products that drive value for our customers, working closely with product managers and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Strong market awareness and customer focus.
• Experience in an agile environment.
• Proven communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with software development projects.
• SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager Certification preferred.
• Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) is a plus.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of relevant technologies.
