Senior Principal Product Owner - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Principal Product Owner to support our Fortune 100 financial services client’s digital transformation initiatives. This role will play a vital role in supporting technological advancements and product implementations across the organization.

In Short

• Location: Remote in U.S. (Chicago area preferred)
• Duration: Approximately a 6-month consulting role via Blend360 with the goal of conversion to hire
• Develop and maintain product vision by collaborating with stakeholders on key product considerations.
• Leverage customer insights and data to define product features and roadmap.
• Lead design, development, and implementation of new product strategies.
• Establish KPIs and OKRs for the product family.
• Validate user story acceptance criteria and ensure appropriate testing frameworks.
• Monitor and analyze key product performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
• Build a culture of accountability and ownership within the product team.
• Coach team to effectively manage risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or 10+ years of experience in Product Management or Engineering role.
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management or Engineering role.
• Prior experience in Financial Services or Tech Industry.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AdTech solutions.
• 8+ years professional experience in AdTech/MarTech support.
• Knowledge of digital media campaign activation and AdTech ecosystem.
• Ability to gather requirements and work with Engineering teams.
