Overview

The Senior Solution Product Owner is responsible for delivering solution products that drive value for our customers, working closely with engineering teams and managing the product backlog.

In Short

  • Act as the primary point of contact for product discovery and definition.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog.

  • Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
  • Monitor ongoing performance and usage of features.

  • Create and maintain product documentation.
  • Advocate for quality solutions that meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure full-stack product ownership and sustainability.
  • Stay updated on competitive positioning in the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a Product Owner role.
  • Ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience in agile environments.
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with commercial software design concepts.
  • Proven ability to make complex decisions.
  • Technical background in software architectures.
  • Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management is a plus.
  • SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager certification preferred.
