Requirements

• Prior experience in presales or technical consulting.
• Experience supporting enterprise clients.
• Understanding of software products and integration best practices.
• Comfortable servicing multiple timezones.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with sales teams and engineers.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and authentication methods.
• Ability to troubleshoot API issues.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms.
• Basic coding or scripting experience is a plus.
