Overview

The Head of Human Resources at prettyTELCO will lead the HR department across multiple locations, focusing on strategic and operational HR management while ensuring a personal approach to recruitment and employee relations.

• Strategic and operational leadership of the HR department at both locations.
• Development and implementation of HR strategies in coordination with management.
• Advising and supporting leaders in all personnel-related matters.
• Ensuring compliance with labor law and company regulations.
• Managing the entire recruiting process including employer branding.
• Implementing employee development measures and training programs.
• Collaboration with the works council and representation of the company in labor law matters.
• Monitoring and optimizing HR processes and systems.
• Budget responsibility for the HR department.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in a leading HR role, ideally with responsibility for multiple locations.
• Solid knowledge of labor law and modern HR tools and systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• High social competence and empathy in dealing with employees and leaders.
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality.
• Willingness to travel between Mannheim and Münster.
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written; English skills are an advantage.
