Overview

A well-established, medium-sized family business from the Dortmund area is seeking an experienced HR professional to strategically and operationally reshape the HR function. In a transformation process, it is essential to establish modern structures and processes close to employees, engaging over 1,000 employees – primarily in the industrial sector – and future-proofing the HR department.

  • Lead a larger HR team and be responsible for the development of the entire HR work.

  • Proven experience in supporting and implementing change and transformation processes for the development of structures and teams.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented thinking combined with clear communication.
  • Enjoy actively shaping change and guiding people through it, with persuasive communication skills at all levels, perseverance, and strong social leadership skills.
