Construction Manager FTTH NE4 (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

The role focuses on overseeing and supporting FTTH projects within the telecommunications sector, ensuring quality and compliance with construction plans.

In Short

• Supervise and support FTTH projects at network level 4 (NE4).
• Conduct site assessments and evaluate construction conditions.
• Coordinate all involved trades on the construction site.
• Monitor implementation according to construction plans and specifications.
• Quality control, documentation, and identification of construction defects.
• Review performance invoices and control costs.
• Acceptance of construction services on site.
• Create and/or hand over technical documents (execution plans, inspection and acceptance protocols, operating instructions, etc.).

Requirements

• Completed technical training – motivated career changers with technical affinity are welcome.
• Initial professional experience in network technology, civil engineering, or fiber optic installation is an advantage.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong quality and cost awareness.
• Strong communication skills and organizational talent.
• Willingness to travel as required by the project.
• Proficient use of digital tools (e.g., Excel, project software).
• Driver's license class B required.
• Good German language skills, knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage.
