Project Manager NE4 (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

The role at prettyTELCO is to lead and manage FTTx projects in the telecommunications sector, ensuring both technical qualifications and personal fit within the company.

In Short

• Responsible for planning and implementing FTTx projects in the NE4 sector.
• Coordinate internal and external project participants, including site managers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress regarding quality, timelines, and costs.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
• Communicate with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project plans, budgets, and reports.
• Identify and manage project risks and initiate countermeasures for deviations.
• Approve construction services and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements

• Completed technical degree or comparable qualification in telecommunications, civil engineering, or a similar field.
• Several years of professional experience in leading projects in fiber optic expansion, especially in NE4.
• Solid knowledge of relevant technical standards and regulations.
• Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams and collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented working style.
• Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in common project management tools and MS Office.
• Driver's license class B and willingness to travel for projects.
