Overview

The Area Vice President's primary responsibility is to retain assigned health system and provider clients by securing long term renewals of existing contracts, as well as growing revenue by selling Press Ganey solutions to the clients.

In Short

  • Serve as the overall strategic relationship manager for the client.
  • Deliver consistently on financial growth targets for new and expansion business.
  • Create comprehensive client plans for achieving objectives.
  • Gain understanding of the entire product portfolio.
  • Participate in training sessions and complete required certifications.
  • Analyze client needs and market trends for growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements.
  • Work cross functionally to fulfill client value proposition.
  • Maintain records of all sales activities in CRM.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of account management and/or sales experience.
  • Understanding of healthcare opportunities and challenges.
  • SaaS solutions experience highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of strategic planning and business development.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and organizational skills.
  • Must be results driven.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
