Overview

The Solution Director, Member Experience is responsible for driving growth and expansion of solutions in the healthcare sector, focusing on improving member experiences and reducing churn.

In Short

  • Drive growth and expansion of Member Experience solutions.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the solutions.
  • Partner with sales teams throughout the sales cycle.
  • Provide insights and strategic direction for healthcare challenges.
  • Lead RFP Win Strategy and proposal development.
  • Conduct sales presentations to clients and prospects.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com for business operations.
  • Maintain competitive landscape awareness.
  • Flexible travel requirement of 25-30%.
  • Work in a hybrid model with office presence three days a week.

Requirements

  • Sales and/or Business Development experience preferred.
  • Expertise in Customer/Member Experience solutions.
  • Health Plan experience impacting Star Ratings.
  • Experience with Blue’s Health Plan preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of market strategy and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid leadership and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
