Press Ganey has an exciting opportunity for a Solution Director, Member Experience, whose primary responsibilities are to drive growth and expansion of all related solutions in the defined territory. This role is ideal for a strategic, visionary leader who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about transforming the healthcare experience for members and stakeholders alike.

In Short

  • Drive growth and expansion of Member Experience solutions.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert and demo solutions to prospects.
  • Partner with sales team on the sales cycle.
  • Provide insights and strategic direction for the payer landscape.
  • Lead RFP Win Strategy and proposal development.
  • Make sales presentations to customers and prospects.
  • Use Salesforce.com as a critical business tool.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the sales team.
  • Flexible to travel between 25 - 30%.
  • Work in a hybrid model, gathering in office three days a week.

Requirements

  • Sales and/or Business Development experience preferred.
  • Expertise in Customer / Member Experience solutions.
  • Health Plan experience impacting Star Ratings.
  • Proven expertise in competitive intelligence and market strategy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and organizational skills.
  • Flexible to travel between 25 - 30%.
