Overview

As an Operations Training & Data Accuracy Coordinator at Premier NX, you will oversee training and quality needs for clients in the food & beverage industry, contributing to the success of customer experience solutions.

In Short

• Develop and maintain training materials for new hires and existing staff.
• Create assessments and post-training reviews to measure effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain data review processes to ensure client requirements are met.
• Assist in training on CRM contact entry and documentation processes.
• Collaborate with the Client to deliver train-the-Trainer sessions.
• Maintain organized training materials and records for audits.
• Review accuracy and quality trends to assess agent performance.
• Collaborate with Trainer and Account Manager to adjust training content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in training assessment, design, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of the contact center environment.
• Consultative customer service skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Excellent writing skills and experience with social media management.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
