The Technical Operations & Data Coordinator will streamline operations and manage critical data processes while supporting executive functions in a remote setting.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in operations or technical coordination roles.
  • Proven experience with data manipulation tools and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and database management.
  • Strong background in project management tools.
  • Experience in process automation and workflow optimization.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Proven track record of maintaining data confidentiality.
  • Experience with CRM platforms.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Computer with at least 8GB RAM and an Intel i5 core processor or equivalent.
