The Account Manager at Premier Private Jets is responsible for managing the full life cycle of prestigious clients, focusing on converting prospects into long-term aviation solutions and ensuring client loyalty.

• Identify and engage ultra-high net worth individuals.
• Create and update retail trips for clients.
• Coordinate services for contracted retail trips.
• Provide flight tracking and contingency planning.
• Source aircraft options and prepare proposals.
• Advocate for clients during delays and emergencies.
• Monitor member usage and initiate replenishment strategies.
• Manage varied duties and tasks effectively.
• Act as an ambassador for the Premier Private Jets brand.
• Utilize CRM software to track client preferences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience selling to ultra-high net worth clients.
• Understanding of aviation regulations and safety ratings.
• Proven track record in long sales cycles and closing deals.
• Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Available for after-hours calls.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
