Flight Operations Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Flight Operations Coordinator position is responsible for all coordination and arrangement of Premier Private Jet charter flights, ensuring unparalleled service and client satisfaction.

In Short

• Maintain a culture of total customer service focused on anticipating clients’ needs.
• Notify and brief all crew members associated with scheduled trips.
• Forecast and communicate operational issues that may affect flight completion.
• Proactively resolve Client issues and disputes.
• Monitor weather and airport conditions daily for safe operations.
• Effectively communicate with maintenance and crew regarding scheduled and unscheduled events.
• Utilize Charter software for scheduling updates and documentation.
• Strive to meet daily, monthly, and annual operations goals.
• Record all flight data from completed trips.
• General knowledge of geography, aviation meteorology, and corporate aircraft performance.

Requirements

• Previous aviation industry specific work experience.
• Understanding of corporate aircraft operations and FAA regulations CFR 14 FAR 91 and 135.
• College Degree (Aviation or Business degree preferred).
• FAA Dispatch Certificate or Pilot Certificate preferred.
• Experience working with Jet Insight.
