Overview

The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of RS Medical products by healthcare practitioners, building trusted relationships, providing education and support, and ensuring seamless integration into patient treatment plans.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships within a defined territory
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospects and revenue opportunities
  • Educate healthcare practitioners and patients on product use
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and requirements
  • Support Field Service Representatives as needed
  • Document and track activities in Salesforce
  • Manage product inventory
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions

Requirements

  • Experience in account management and exceptional service
  • Building professional relationships in healthcare settings
  • Promoting innovative medical technologies
  • Presenting scientific material confidently
  • Persuading healthcare practitioners for new treatments
  • Influencing decision-makers in clinics or hospitals
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • VA/DOD sales experience preferred
  • Workers’ Compensation or Personal Injury Protection experience required
