Overview

The Creative Director at Precision AQ will lead the creative vision for the agency, working closely with account leads to deliver exceptional design solutions for clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.

Requirements

• 10+ years of creative leadership experience.
• BA degree in Art/Design.
• Outstanding portfolio showcasing integrated print and digital design.
• Hands-on project management experience.
• Knowledge of Pharma and managed markets is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles and technologies.
• Ability to supervise and train a creative team.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience in managing budgets and project costs.
• Ability to synthesize research and feedback into products.
