Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at PowerUs, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, representing the company with charm and persuasion while helping skilled workers find jobs they love.

In Short

  • You will identify and qualify promising leads through outbound calling, email, and social media.
  • You will work closely with the sales team to coordinate product demos and discussions.
  • You will conduct thorough research on potential customers to ensure targeted outreach.
  • You will contribute to maintaining and optimizing our CRM database.
  • You will develop creative approaches to engage our target audience.
  • You will actively work with your team to continuously improve the outbound sales process.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in SDR, Inside Sales, or a similar environment, preferably in B2B.
  • You are a communication talent and are comfortable proactively contacting potential customers.
  • You have experience with daily cold calls and are motivated to set a high bar.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot is a plus.
  • You are motivated, disciplined, and enjoy thinking outside the box to acquire new customers.
  • You are eager to learn, ambitious, and want to be part of a dynamic startup.
  • You have excellent German (C2) and good English language skills.
