Technical Support Representative - Remote

Overview

As a Technical Support Representative, you will provide exceptional support to our customers, helping them resolve technical issues and ensuring they have a top-notch experience with our cloud-based solutions.

In Short

• Support customers via phone, chat, and email.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues or escalate as necessary.
• Track and document solutions for future reference.
• Provide training to customers on product functionality.
• Assist with product orders and returns.
• Make outbound calls to address customer issues.
• Help develop training materials for customers and support teams.
• Oversee after-hours support team performance.
• Assist with data analysis and system configuration.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Located in Central, Mountain or Pacific timezones.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical background in web technologies and SaaS.
• Experience with hardware technologies is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with quick learning abilities.
• Willingness to support night and weekend work as needed.
• Working knowledge of SQL preferred.
• B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent experience.
