Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing leadership experience in DeFi or blockchain.
• Strong background in community building and brand storytelling.
• Ability to shape narratives and grow products.
• Comfortable managing remote teams and collaborating across time zones.
• Strategic thinker with a bias for experimentation.
