Overview

KRUU is Europe's leading provider of photo booths. With our high level of automation, we are able to return and ship many hundreds of photo booths daily. In our peak season, we serve a four-digit number of customers per week. In addition to our photo booths, we are working on a platform for wedding planning.

In Short

• Develop a clear positioning and differentiation for the brand.
• Utilize customer insights to understand the needs and emotions of our target audience.
• Responsible for a cross-channel content strategy that builds reach and makes our brand tangible.
• Develop our 13-member team in Europe and build one in the USA.
• Steer our marketing activities with a focus on revenue and efficiency.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new markets and oversee international expansion.
• Work closely with teams like Fulfillment, Product, or Customer Care to create consistent customer journeys.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in marketing, with several in a leadership role.
• Experience in building at least two B2C brands from positioning to content and performance.
• Understanding of how to strategically develop and differentiate brands.
• Practical experience with social ads, SEA, and CRM.
• Successfully implemented content strategies that built reach and brand loyalty.
• Combination of analytical thinking with creativity and pragmatism.
• Experience in leading international teams and agencies.
• Fluent in German and English.
• 2-3 office days per week with the rest remote.
