• Responsible for the entire marketing strategy, from content to social ads to international go-to-market strategies.
• Develop a brand that resonates and remains memorable.
• Utilize customer insights to create impactful campaigns.
• Lead a creative, agile team in Europe and build one in the USA.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new markets and oversee international expansion.
• Work closely with teams like Fulfillment, Product, and Customer Care to create a consistent customer journey.

Requirements

• 7+ years of marketing experience in agile, dynamic B2C companies.
• Successful development of at least two B2C brands with extensive experience in social ads, SEA, content, and CRM.
• A sense for trends, analytical thinking, and the ability to pragmatically implement creative ideas.
• Leadership experience in international teams promoting a positive, innovation-driven culture.
• Fluent in German and English.
