The Senior Engineer, Linux System/DevOps role at Power Factors focuses on ensuring the reliability and performance of internal and external systems while enabling rapid improvement using open source and internally developed tools.

In Short

Maintain live services by monitoring performance indicators.
Advocate for changes to improve reliability and serviceability.
Collaborate with development teams to design and deploy new services.
Work with various technologies including Cassandra, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
Develop production flows and continuous delivery pipelines.

Requirements

7+ years of Linux experience.
Strong knowledge of RHEL variants.
Advanced IP networking skills.
Experience with bare metal servers.
Proficiency in Ansible configuration management.
Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python.
3+ years of Docker & Kubernetes operations.
Monitoring tools experience.
Team player with self-directed capabilities.
