Linux DevOps Senior Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Looking for a senior-level Cloud Engineer with strong Linux OS competency.
• Responsible for complex large scaled-out infrastructure deployments.
• Apply creative problem-solving techniques to identify issues.
• Fluency in Linux and at least one of Ansible, Terraform, or Python required.
• Proactively identify potential pitfalls in product stability and security.
• Responsible for solving technical issues including OS level and software issues.
• Must work from Tuesday to Saturday and join an On-Call rota.
• Must be eligible for SC Clearance (UK passport for 5 years).
• 2 days per week on-site in Cardiff, rest can be remote.

Requirements

• Strong Linux OS competency.
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, or Python.
• Ability to work on complex infrastructure deployments.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to join an On-Call rota.
• Eligibility for SC Clearance.
• Availability to work on-site in Cardiff for 2 days a week.
