• Seeking an Executive Assistant & Project Manager for the Client Experience team.
• Optimize internal workflows to drive client satisfaction and retention.
• Manage calendars, prepare materials, and track project progress.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned objectives.
• Support client retention initiatives and monitor upsell opportunities.
• Streamline team rituals and maintain documentation.
• 3+ years in executive support or project management roles required.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in project management tools needed.
• Strong understanding of client lifecycle and digital marketing dynamics is a plus.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach is essential.

Requirements

• 3+ years in an executive assistant, project manager, or operational support role.
• Proven success in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Asana).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
• Strong understanding of client lifecycle and digital marketing agency dynamics is a plus.
