Overview

The Product Operations Lead, Core Experience at TextNow will support the production experience for Calling, Messaging, and Phone Numbers services, ensuring operational excellence and driving impact across multiple functional areas.

• Manage and optimize operational processes related to communication platforms.
• Own and enhance KPI monitoring and reporting.
• Lead evaluation of KPI trends.
• Develop vendor and product support dashboards.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product operations or related field.
• Proven problem-solver with a customer-first mentality.
• Collaborative partner bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with risk mitigation focus.
• Familiarity with telecom-related services is a plus.
• Excellent data analysis skills, experience with SQL, Redash, or Kibana is a bonus.
