In Short

  • Own the full outbound process for strategic accounts.
  • Use a mix of email, phone, LinkedIn, and creative channels for outreach.
  • Partner with VP of Strategic Accounts to define customer profiles and craft messaging.
  • Test and optimize outreach strategies based on feedback.
  • Maintain organized notes and outreach in CRM.
  • Contribute to company growth by hitting pipeline and meeting goals.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of outbound BDR/SDR experience, ideally in SaaS or logistics.
  • Creative mindset for effective outreach.
  • Grit, ambition, and a growth mindset.
  • Comfortable reaching out to VP and C-level leaders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Experience with Salesloft, Salesforce/Hubspot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
