Overview

poppi is looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Senior Sales Planning Manager to drive strategic analysis and support the sales team in effectively managing the business.

In Short

  • Lead annual and monthly retail customer-level and DSD-level Sales Forecasting efforts.
  • Communicate adjustments across departments to ensure current KPI and tracking mechanisms are understood.
  • Lead monthly sales risks & opportunity assessments.
  • Examine monthly, quarterly, and annual sales data to identify sales patterns.
  • Use previous sales data and market trends to develop business recommendations.
  • Lead space planning activities for key customers.
  • Build trade spend forecasts.
  • Analyze promotional lift to optimize future promotional calendars.
  • Create Customer presentations for Buyers.
  • Stay on top of technical, industry, and business issues affecting sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Full knowledge of retail initiatives, specifically category management.
  • Expertise in analyzing information and making recommendations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Detail-oriented and focused on doing it right.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in beverage retail sales analysis.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBi, Nielsen, and IRI.
  • Strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
  • Ability to travel for business meetings.
  • Flexible schedule for special assignments.
