Overview

The Customer Success Specialist - Discord Community will manage and support the customer experience in a Discord community for Polymarket, focusing on community engagement, issue resolution, and operational efficiency.

In Short

  • Manage Discord community engagement and support.
  • Resolve customer issues and answer questions in real-time.
  • Develop and improve Discord support operations.
  • Moderate discussions and maintain a positive community environment.
  • Support customer inquiries through Intercom during downtime.
  • Document common issues and maintain an internal knowledge base.
  • Track metrics related to community engagement and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue escalation.
  • Provide education on trading mechanics and payment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with communication standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing Discord communities, preferably in financial services.
  • 2+ years in financial services support or operations.
  • Strong understanding of Discord infrastructure and moderation tools.
  • Experience with KYC/CIP processes and compliance.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and conflict de-escalation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with payment systems and trading fundamentals.
