Head of Sports - Remote

Overview

Polymarket is seeking a Head of Sports — a senior product leader to own and scale our sports vertical end-to-end. This role requires deep product instincts, strong technical ability, and domain expertise in sports betting.

In Short

• Define and execute the vision for Polymarket’s sports product.
• Lead efforts to scale and optimize sports market coverage through automation.
• Experiment with and launch new sports products.
• Build and maintain relationships with liquidity providers and partners.
• Create systems to ensure market reliability.
• Work with engineering teams on oracle improvements.
• Collaborate with design teams for user experience.
• Track performance and refine features and processes.
• Partner with leadership and engineers on strategy and execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management or technical leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of sports betting.
• Proven track record building consumer-facing financial products.
• Strong technical background to engage with engineers.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to drive initiatives.
• Passion for sports and prediction markets.
