Overview

As the Head of SEO at WeSki, you will build, lead and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase the discoverability and revenue growth of WeSki’s Organic assets.

In Short

  • Lead Organic Growth Strategy to maximize relevant organic traffic.
  • Track and Measure Success with key business metrics.
  • Initiate, implement and optimize all aspects of the SEO strategy.
  • Be the Point of Contact for all Organic Growth aspects.
  • Stay ahead of SEO industry trends and digital marketing technologies.
  • 10+ years of SEO experience required.
  • Proven experience in building and executing impactful SEO strategies.
  • Expertise in KPI management for organic growth.
  • Experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of organic strategies including content and technical SEO.
  • Proven ability to launch and scale organic growth initiatives.
  • Strategic mindset balancing long-term vision and day-to-day execution.
  • Native English speaker preferred.
  • Experience in Global B2C/Travel Market is a big advantage.
  • Skier/Snowboarder is a plus.
