• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop software solutions.
• Implement efficient and secure backend APIs and database solutions using SQL.
• Leverage cloud technologies (GCP, AWS) to build and maintain applications.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through best practices and testing frameworks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Mentor and support junior team members.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in backend development using Node.js, Go, Python, Ruby, or Rust.
• Solid understanding of system architecture and experience in building scalable applications.
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with microservices architecture and serverless functions.
• Vast experience with AWS and CI/CD workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Skier or snowboarder - always a plus.
