Director of On-Chain Finance - Remote

Overview

As the Director of On-Chain Finance Growth at Polygon Labs, you will lead efforts to expand adoption of the PoS network and product suite, particularly for payment rails and Real World Asset (RWA) use cases in the UK and Europe.

In Short

• Drive adoption of Polygon Labs’ core technologies in financial services.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with institutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in financial services, fintech, or blockchain.
• Strong network within the UK financial ecosystem.
• Ability to lead strategic business development efforts.
• Knowledge of on-chain financial primitives and institutional yield products.
• Understanding of UK/EU crypto regulations.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
