Overview

As a Business Development Manager (Payments) APAC at Polygon Labs, you will be instrumental in scaling Polygon’s strategic initiatives across the region, forging high-impact partnerships with banks, fintech firms, enterprises, and stablecoin issuers.

Requirements

• 3 - 5+ years in business development within blockchain or fintech.
• Deep understanding of stablecoins and DeFi.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical fluency in articulating product suite.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Skilled in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborative mindset to support global teams.
