Overview

The Systems Developer at PointClickCare is responsible for developing, deploying, and supporting AI and application solutions to enhance business processes within the corporate environment.

In Short

• Develop and support AI and application solutions for business processes.
• Administer SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and other M365 tools.

• Experience with various programming languages including JavaScript and C#.
• 3+ years experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Teams.
• 5+ years experience with SharePoint.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience with AI platforms and LLMs.
• Strong understanding of automation and orchestration processes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and bring new ideas.
• Experience with data platform performance and consistency issues.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Copilot Studio.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS, XML, JSON, and SQL.
• Experience with Azure Functions and Web Services.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work outside standard office hours as needed.
• Excellent communication skills.
