Overview

As a Support Developer at CI&T, you will provide technical support for web applications, ensuring seamless user experiences while collaborating with the development team to resolve complex issues.

• Provide Level 3 support for web applications built with React and Node.js.
• Collaborate with the development team for effective troubleshooting.
• Address reported issues promptly with live websites and portals.

• Be willing to be on call during weekends for production support.
• Akamai experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Support Analyst or similar role.
• Expertise in React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
