Overview

As a Solutions Analyst at PointClickCare, you will manage technical and integration interactions, providing customer support and troubleshooting complex issues to enhance user satisfaction and system performance.

In Short

  • Manage technical and integration interactions with a focus on customer support.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues via phone and electronic communications.
  • Work cross-functionally to manage escalations and communicate solutions.
  • Document user problems to aid in defect investigations.
  • Stay updated on product features and assist in upskilling peers.
  • Available for shifts between 8am to 8pm EST, with on-call duties.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings to resolve issues.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base tool.
  • Post-secondary education in IT or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of SaaS support experience required.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting APIs, Oauth, OpenID, SOAP, REST, JavaScript, SQL, HL7, XML.
  • Aptitude for data analysis and interpretation.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage customer expectations.
  • Experience with performance monitoring tools like AppDynamics and New Relic.
  • 1-2 years RDBMS experience, preferably with SQL Server.
  • Experience with Sales Force/Service Cloud and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles is a plus.
