Overview

As a Solutions Analyst at PointClickCare, you will be responsible for the delivery and management of technical and integration interactions, advocating for customers and resolving high priority cases.

• Deliver and manage technical and integration interactions.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Information Technology or related field.
• 1-2 years of SaaS support experience.
• Aptitude for data analysis and interpretation.
• Experience supporting APIs and various web technologies.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with performance monitoring technologies.
• 1-2 years of RDBMS experience, preferably SQL Server.
• ITIL principles knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with knowledge management practices.
